SBR

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -40 ÷ +100

Characteristics:

  • Good phisical and mechanical properties
  • Good resistance to permanent deformation
  • Good resistance to abrasion
  • Discreet resistance to some types of glycol freon

Hardness [Sh.A]: 30÷90

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -40 ÷ +130

Characteristics:

  • Good phisical and mechanical properties
  • Good resistance to oils, vegetal, mineral, animal fats
  • Good resistance to hydrocarbon and gas
  • Good impermeability to air and gas

EPDM (available also in fda certified raw materials)

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -45 ÷ +150

Characteristics:

  • Good resistance to deformation
  • Good resistance to heat (up to 150°C)
  • Good resistance to ozone
  • Good resistance to water and steam
  • Good resistance to glycols

  • Good resistance to oxidation

EDM

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -50 ÷ +150

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -35 ÷ +150

Characteristics:

  • Good impermeability to air and gas
  • Good resistance to high temperature oils (up to 150°C)
  • Good resistance to ozone
  • Good resistance to atmospheric agents
  • Good resistance to UV ratiation

AEM

Hardness [Sh.A]: 50÷80

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -30 ÷ +170

Characteristics:

  • Good impermeability to air and gas
  • Low elastic resistance
  • Good resistance to high temperature oils (up to 170°C)
  • Good resistance to ozone
  • Good resistance to atmospheric agents
  • Good resistance to UV ratiation

FPM/FKM

Hardness [Sh.A]: 65÷90

Usage temperature range [°C+]: -40 ÷ +250

Characteristics:

  • Good resistance to extreme conditions
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Excellent resistance to high temperatures (up to 250°C)
